- 150 g of red beets, cut into pieces
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 banana
- 250 ml apple juice
- the juice of a lime
- 150g chopped spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 green apple, diced
- 250 ml apple juice
- 1 mango, diced
- 2 large peeled oranges
- 150 g grated carrots
- 1 banana
- 250 ml apple or orange juice
1. Put all the ingredients for the recipe in the blender.
2. Mix until the mixture is smooth and liquid.
3. Pour the liquid into the ice cream molds using the funnel.
4. Freeze for 24 hours.
There you go, your homemade Mr. Freeze with fruits and vegetables are already ready :-)
