4. Put in the oven at 1500 watts for 4 min.
5. Once the time has elapsed, let the eggs cool in the water for 3 min.
And There you go ! You now know how to cook hard-boiled eggs in the microwave in just 4 minutes :-)
Easy, fast and efficient, right?
And above all delicious, because the cooking is perfect without using tupperware!
The eggs are hard-boiled, but the yolk remains slightly soft.
In addition, the eggs do not crush when cut.
They are therefore really presentable if you receive guests.
Depending on the power of your oven, you may need to adjust the cooking time.
If you decide to cook more eggs, no worries!
Just count 1/2 teaspoon of salt per egg.
And for the cooking time, follow these recommendations:
4 min for 2 eggs, 5 min for 4 eggs or 6 min for 6 eggs.
Do you like soft-boiled eggs?
No problem, it works too.
Just stop the cooking by plunging the eggs into a bowl of ice water as soon as they come out of the oven.
You prefer boiled eggs.
At this point, finish cooking and leave the eggs for 1 more minute in the hot water.
Then, immerse them in cold water.
The yolk is cooked, but still runny. A real delight!
Salt water prevents the shell from splitting or explode when microwaved.
If the shell remains intact, the yolk can cook slowly while remaining tender.
My mother, she drilled a small hole in the shell, but did not put salt in the water.
Both tips are effective, but you shouldn't do both at the same time!
To save energy, I advise you to harden and heat several eggs at the same time .
Don't worry, it can be kept!
