Preparing the right amounts for 4 people is easy.
But for 30 much less! We don't do enough... or too much and hello waste!
Luckily, this trick is here to help.
How? 'Or' What ? By giving you the quantities to serve for the meal and the drinks:
- sandwiches or main dishes:1.5 servings / guest
- the accompaniment (rice, pasta):1.5 servings / guest
- vegetables or fruits:2 large dishes / 25 guests
- aperitif canapes:6 pieces of sweets / person
- canapes (if aperitif dinner):12 large pieces / person
- cupcakes:1.5 piece / person
- cakes:3 pieces / person
- sweets:5 pieces / person
- ice cream:1 piece / person
If you serve alcohol:
- lemonade, sodas or ice tea:8 liters / 25 guests
- alcoholic beverages:1.5 drinks / hour and / guest
If you don't serve alcohol:
- Lemonade, sodas or ice tea:15 liters / 25 guests
That way, the guests don't miss anything. And you don't end up with half the meal on your hands!
