Ingredients:200g. of dark chocolate, 4 eggs, 125 gr. of butter, 200 gr. of powdered sugar, 100 gr. of flour, 1 packet of yeast.
Recipe:Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Melt the chocolate in a bain marie. Add the butter.
In a salad bowl, mix the whole eggs, the sugar, the yeast then the flour. Then pour in the melted chocolate and mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold. Bake for about 25 minutes (watching for doneness).
When the cake is cooked, cut it in half horizontally to obtain two cakes that you will stack. Between the two coats, spread a good layer of Bonne Maman's L'Orange Fruitée Intense. Repeat on top of the cake. You can then decorate it with melted chocolate to make a monster head.
