Not that we want to break the mood, but the end of the year celebrations often rhyme with weight gain. However, we refuse that our balance goes to the dark side! The goal:to have fun without gaining weight, so consume certain foods in moderation
Foie gras
For animal advocates, the question is settled. But for the others, we will take it slowly. Foie gras lives up to its name with its 462 calories per 100g, it is the most fatty food of the holidays. Do we crack or not? Of course, we have the right to crack. Except that we must limit ourselves to two toasts, large maximum!
Salmon
It is rich in vitamin A and D, in omega 3, and it contains only 184 calories per 100g. Enough to convince us to replace foie gras with salmon. The advantage is that you can eat it without toast, just with squeezed lemon, which limits the calories.
Half a dozen oysters
The Christmas essential that is good for us! 54 calories for half a dozen, enough to treat yourself without feeling guilty. Plus:They cover our daily need for salt, zinc, iron, copper, magnesium and vitamin B.
Alcohol
The holidays are meant to be festive but let's drink in moderation! Our line and our skull will thank us. You should know that a glass of white wine is 70 calories or two glasses of fruit juice. Not to mention the glass of champagne and its 90 calories. Alcohol is really treacherous.
The frozen log
It's a 130-calorie duel:the spoon is armed, and we fight against ourselves not to draw. We end up losing the duel after refilling twice! This year, we set limits without getting frustrated because it's bad for mental health. We are entitled to a slice of frozen log. If you want another dessert, we favor fresh fruits such as clementines.
