The tea bags are left to infuse for a few minutes in hot water and then generally, they are thrown directly into the trash… In reality, they can have a second life! It would be a waste not to take advantage of it...
Forget self-tanners and sun powders:a used tea bag does the trick! Well, all right, the tea in question absolutely has to be black, but if it is, it can be rubbed over the face, which immediately takes on a slightly tanned tint (which goes away when you cleanse the skin, reassures you). On the other hand, if you want to be tanned in the long term, the sachet will not be enough... it is better to treat yourself to two weeks of vacation in the Bahamas!
When they are dry, the little sachets diffuse a subtle scent of our favorite tea... So you can place some here and there:in a cupboard, a fridge or even the toilet. We recommend choosing the right tea, so as not to have any bad surprises if you choose a smoked tea for example!
Better than a mask or an industrial detangler, a tea bag can save us a fight between the knots and the hairbrush. We infuse the sachet already used in question in a saucepan, a bowl or a bucket, and we pour the slightly cooled mixture on the hair. In addition to being practical, this technique nourishes damaged hair!
If we've just had a cup of green tea, that's good, we know how to reuse it wisely:to reduce our dark circles and deflate our bags under the eyes, just put two used green tea bags in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Green tea has antioxidant properties that it would be a shame to throw in the trash, so we keep our sachets on our eyes for 15-20 minutes. Hop, it looks like we slept 12 hours!
If you have just scratched yourself slightly and find yourself without a bandage, place a cooled tea bag (preferably green) on the painful area. Tea having coagulating and healing properties, it helps to stop bleeding, naturally!
