1. Do not eat unhealthy snacks for a while
Eliminate junk food from your diet for a week. You will soon feel less bloated and you may last longer after that week. Make sure the fridge is full of healthy products. Healthy food and healthy snacks are then within reach, so that you are less likely to fall into unhealthy pitfalls.
2. Go exercise
Once you start exercising, it will do you good. Exercising once does not compensate for an unhealthy period, but it does give a boost to your energy level and your mood.
3. Drink enough water
Do you find water boring? Give it more flavor by adding fruit or herbs. Your body easily confuses hunger with thirst. Drinking enough therefore has another advantage:you are less likely to overeat after a glass of water.
4. Get enough sleep
