A table full of snacks with your parents, an extensive dinner with your in-laws. Wines in between, and a cheese board afterwards. During Christmas there is almost a continuous flow of good food. How many calories do we consume on a Christmas day?
According to British research, we eat up to 6,000 calories on a Christmas day. That is equivalent to 12 Big Macs. If you think you're an exception, you're not alone. On average, we estimate that we consume about 2,600 calories.
Fortunately, it is a British study. Perhaps we know how to control ourselves better than the British.
Because just think like this:‘ You don't get fat between Christmas and New Years, but between New Years and Christmas.'
