From Saturday 29 August to Sunday 6 September it will be National Mussel Week again. This is already the fifth edition of the National Mussel Week, which is organized by the Dutch Mussel Bureau. Together with participating restaurants, Zeeland mussels are made known and loved by a wider audience. During this week, Zeeland mussels can be eaten at about 280 restaurants throughout the Netherlands. Participating restaurants have been given the freedom to put together a dish or menu in their own way. In addition to the classic mussel pan, surprising dishes are prepared.
