Wash the zucchini and cut into strips, blanch them for 2 minutes in boiling salted water, refresh under cold water, set aside.
Prepare the salad, wash the figs and grapes, cut the figs in four, the grapes in half.
Harden the eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water, then peel them and cut them into rings.
Prepare the sauce:put the oil, mustard, vinegar and honey in a bowl, salt and pepper from the mill, whisk to emulsify.
Divide the figs, grapes, zucchini, eggs and duck breasts in a salad bowl.
Cover with the sauce and mix carefully.
