Orange salad with radishes

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 10 to 15 radishes depending on size
  • 4 orangesv5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar

Preparation

First, peel the oranges, making sure to remove all the white skin.

With a small knife, cut the thin skin and remove the pulp from the fruit.

Peel and grate your radishes.

Separately, mix together the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir until all the salt and pepper have dissolved.

Add the oranges and radishes, and mix everything together.
