Preparation
Start by peeling and slicing your bananas.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and brown the bananas over low heat for about thirty minutes.
Now it's time to take care of the onions and garlic. Chop these two foods as finely as possible, and also sauté them in the pan with oil.
Add a little water and mix.
Once the bananas are nicely browned, you can add them to the garlic-onion mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then simmer for a quarter of an hour.
