Spinach salad with strawberries and goat cheese

Ingredients for 3 people

  • 125g spinach
  • 100g strawberries
  • 60g of goat cheese
  • 25g almonds
  • Walnut oil
  • Raspberry vinegar

Preparation

Wash the baby spinach, and arrange them in a salad bowl.

Hull the strawberries and cut them into pieces that you will mix with the spinach.

Cut the goat cheese into small cubes and add it in turn, as well as the almonds.

Mix 3 tablespoons of walnut oil with 2 tablespoons of raspberry vinegar, salt and pepper. Keep the sauce aside and pour it over the salad just before serving.
