Aubergine toast with goat cheese

  • not too dry picodon style goat cheese

  • olive oil
    2 tablespoons
  • oregano
    1 teaspoon
  • milled pepper

Preheat the oven to th. 8 (240°C).

Cut the baby goats into thin slices.

Place the eggplant slices on a lightly oiled baking sheet.

Spread the cheese strips over the aubergines, sprinkle with oregano, drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.

Bake for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

Arrange on plates garnished with salad, give a turn of the pepper mill and serve immediately.
