Cook the pilpil for 10 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain it very carefully. Cut the asparagus into small sections, cook them for 8 minutes in salted boiling water. At the end of cooking, immerse them in a bowl of very cold water or ice cubes, drain them and pat them dry. Cut the snow peas into strips and blanch them for 5 minutes in salted boiling water, cool them and drain them.
Make the sauce:chop the herbs. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, tabasco. Salt, pepper from the mill, add the herbs.
Shell the prawns, dry them, sauté them in olive oil over high heat in a pan for 4 to 5 minutes.
To serve, mix the pilpil, the vegetables, the sauce and arrange the prawns on top.
