Peel the cucumbers, quarter them lengthwise, cut them into large dice and remove the seeds. Soak them for an hour in salt, rinse them, pat them dry.
Sauté them for 4 minutes in two knobs of butter. Cook the macaroni in 4 liters of boiling salted water for about 11 minutes. Drain them, cool them.
Put them in a large salad bowl. Add the cream to the cucumbers then the lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Incorporate into the salad bowl, mix well and include the chervil.
