Plunge the tomatoes for 10 seconds in boiling water, peel them and cut them into small regular dice. Reserve in the refrigerator. Pale the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise and deseed them using a teaspoon. Cut them into small regular cubes and place them on a plate. Sprinkle them with salt, then cover the plate with cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then rinse the cucumbers and drain them.
Mix vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and chopped basil. Add salt and pepper. Pour this seasoning over the tomatoes and cucumbers without mixing them.
In each glass, place a layer of tuna, one of feta, one of cucumbers and one of tomatoes, then repeat the operation. reserve in the refrigerator before serving.
You can replace the tuna with chopped anchovy fillets.
