Fortunately, here is a tip to easily lighten this great classic.
The trick is to replace the fresh cream with cottage cheese and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
Don't worry, this light recipe is just as delicious and indulgent than the classic recipe. Watch:
1. Peel a cucumber.
2. Cut it into slices or dice.
3. Add a tablespoon of beaten cottage cheese.
4. Drizzle lemon juice on top.
5. Season with salt and pepper.

This recipe is still delicious but without using fresh cream or olive oil.
Know that you can also decorate the salad with fine herbs. Do not forget to put it in the fridge so that it is very refreshing.
