A quick salad that is easy to take with you.
Preparation method
Mix 400 g lentils with 300 g cherry tomatoes , 150 g blue berries , 40 g pistachios and 4 tbsp olive oil † Season the salad with fresh basil leaves , 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar , 1 tsp dijon mustard and a pinch of oregano.
Tip:first bake the tomatoes in the oven at 150 degrees.
