We make this standard Dutch coleslaw with cabbage, apple and raisins extra tasty with a salty twist of fresh samphire. A delicious, refreshing and above all protein-rich salad.
1. Steam the samphire for about three minutes.
2. Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss.
3. It is best if you let the coleslaw stand for a while, so that all the flavors can be absorbed.
