Making your own water ice is not difficult at all. By freezing edible flowers in the ice creams, they also look very impressive.

Fill 1/3 of the ice cream molds with the edible flowers. Put 1/3 of the syrup in a jug and add 2/3 of water. Carefully pour the lemonade syrup into the ice pop molds. Pour up to 1 cm below the rim of the moulds. Close the top part of the ice cream mold and insert the stick (if applicable with your ice cream molds). Let the ice creams harden for at least a day in the freezer. When you want to take the ice cream out of the mold, hold it under a warm stream of water for a while and you will remove the ice cream from the mold.

Not all flowers are edible and some flowers are even toxic † If you don't understand it, consult a reliable source first. Edible flowers are produced in a special way so that they are suitable for consumption. The (cut) flowers and plants that you buy in the store are not suitable for eating!
