Recipe for vanilla fruit ice creams

Nice and fresh as a snack or a summer end to your dinner. These homemade ice creams make you instantly happy.

Ingredients
for 8 pieces

  • Preparation time 25 minutes + 4 hours freezing time
  • 200 g strawberries (or 2-3 kiwis or 200 g apricots or 200 g pineapple pieces or 200 g red currants or 200 g blueberries)

For the syrup

  • 250 ml clear apple juice
  • 60 g fine granulated sugar
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla sugar

Additional needed

  • 8 ice cream molds of ± 50 ml content
  • popsicle sticks

Get started
For the syrup, bring the apple juice with the sugar to the boil and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the pit and let it cool. Wash the strawberries, remove the crowns and mash the strawberries. Wash and peel the fruit and puree it. Stir the fruit into the syrup and divide the mixture over the ice molds. Place the molds in the holder and put it in the freezer for 1 hour. Then insert the sticks into the ice cream and let it freeze for another 3 hours.
