In the series of fresh summer desserts, fruit soup red and without doubt one of the best. Fragrant, sweet and refreshing... A real vitamin cocktail for everyone!
For this light dessert recipe , you need:
--> 500 g of various red fruits (your choice:blackcurrants, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants, blueberries)
--> 1 half lemon
--> 1 teaspoon of sugar
--> 2 teaspoons fresh cream
1) Wash, stem, pit and cut the fruit into pieces (except blackcurrants and redcurrants).
2) Take 350 g of red fruits, and mix them. Add to this mixture the lemon juice, sugar, cream and mix again.
3) Put the fruit coulis in a salad bowl and add the remaining 150 grams of whole and chopped fruit. Place the preparation in the refrigerator for a few hours.
The fruit soup is eaten extra-fresh. It is a perfect gourmet dessert and a snack of choice for the afternoon snack. To give it even more flavor, you can add chopped peppermint, cinnamon powder, natural vanilla and even coriander leaves... A real treat!
Summer is the ideal season to stock up on fresh fruit, including berries. Of course, this easy dessert still costs a little, but it will always be cheaper than a €10 tart or cake.
And to reduce the price of the bill , you can very well make a soup with only one type of fruit. Strawberry soup, for example, is delicious. Don't worry about the recipe, it's exactly the same. Another solution is to buy fruit at the market. You can have them retail. It avoids taking the trays, or you have too many and for too much. You see, there is always a solution!
