For the spice wine:
Put the different spices in a sauté pan, including the vanilla pod split in half lengthwise, moisten with a liter of wine, add 120 g of brown sugar.
Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and reduce by 3/4, strain through cheesecloth.
Clean, prepare fruit.
Dish them in a fruit bowl, sprinkle with wine and spices.
Accompany with Russian cigarettes or chat tongues.
