Mix the spices, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and vanilla.

Trim and clean the fruit.

Put the wine to reduce with the sugar and the spices, let reduce until you obtain a sufficiently syrupy liquid.

Divide the fruit into cups, drizzle each with the reduced spiced wine.

Decorate with mint leaves.
