Peel the clementines, separate the quarters and cut them in half. Squeeze the two lemons to extract the juice. Carefully wash the apples and cut them into small dice without peeling them. Put them in a salad bowl and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Mix well. Add the clementine half-wedges.
Peel the oranges and grapefruit raw. Remove the quarters by removing the small skin that surrounds them using a thin-bladed knife. Cut each quarter in half for the oranges and in three for the grapefruit. Put them in the salad bowl with the other fruits. Pick the mint leaves and add the leaves to the salad.
Pour in the grenadine syrup, sprinkle with sugar and mix well. Keep cool.
Thirty minutes before serving, peel the bananas and cut them into cubes. Add them to the salad.
