Take and cut the lemon zest into thin strips. Immerse it in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain it and set it aside
Squeeze the lemon and strain the juice.
Put the spices in a mortar, pound.
In a saucepan, pour the wine, brown sugar, spices and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Add the lemon zest, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Wash, hull and cut the strawberries. Put them in a cup, possibly decorate with mint or lemon balm. pour the wine once filtered over the strawberries.
Serve slightly chilled.
