Peel the kiwis and cut them into 3 mm thick slices. Put the egg yolks in a saucepan, pour the browning sugar and whisk the mixture until it foams and whitens, then add the cream, whisking constantly. Place the pan over low heat and cook, stirring with a spatula, until the cream thickens.
Put the kiwi slices in 4 small oven dishes, evenly distribute the cream over them and slide for 2 to 3 minutes under the broiler, until the surface browns a little.
Serve immediately.
