Yuzu cream


Ingredients:6 people
  • double cream to be replaced by liquid and thick cream
    45 cl
  • blond cane sugar
    110 g
  • yuzu juice (from organic groceries)
    5 cl
  • fresh raspberries


Preparation:
  • Preparation time:5 minutes
  • Cooking time:10 minutes


Difficulty:[usr 1]

Boil the cream and sugar in a saucepan for 10 minutes over low heat.

Turn off and remove from heat. Let cool then add the yuzu juice and mix well.

Pour into verrines and store in the fridge. Top with fresh raspberries for a nice layer of color.
