Ingredients (for 6 people)
Preparation
Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt it in a bain-marie with 5 tablespoons of water.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
Successively add the flour, baking powder, melted butter and chocolate.
Pour the mixture into a buttered cake mould.
Put in the oven (preheat 200°C) for 30 min. Wait 5 minutes before unmolding, then let cool.
