Ingredients (for 6 people)

  • 160 gr of dessert chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 25 g of flour
  • 160 g of butter

Preparation

Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt it in a bain-marie with the butter.

When the mixture is melted and creamy, add the sugar and mix well. Then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each. Add the flour.

Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.

Put in the oven that you will have preheated (180°C) for 20 to 25 min. The center of the cake should shake when you move the mold. Allow to cool slightly before unmolding, then cool or enjoy warm.
