Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Meanwhile, work the softened butter with the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each. Finish by incorporating the flour.
Pour in the melted chocolate and mix well.
Divide the preparation into 6 buttered ramekins, and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 150°C (Th° 5), remove the ramekins from the freezer and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
When you open it with your spoon, the heart will be runny!
