Preparation
Start by breaking the chocolate into small pieces, and melt it in a bain-marie.
For two of your eggs, separate the white from the yolk.
Take the remaining 6 eggs whole, and add the two egg yolks, as well as the cream, and mix everything.
Then beat the two egg whites until stiff.
Stir everything into the melted chocolate.
To cook your omelet, take a frying pan that you have buttered, pour the omelet into it, and cook over medium heat for about ten minutes.
You can enjoy your dish immediately.
