Fortunately, I know a very easy recipe.
It was passed down to me from my grandmother and it is undoubtedly the best!
The added thing is that this recipe is not only very simple but it is also egg-free.
Convenient when there are allergy sufferers in the family!
To celebrate Easter, Christmas, or even nothing at all, I entrust you with my recipe for homemade chocolate truffles.
- 150 g of chocolate
- 30 g cocoa powder (to coat the truffles)
- 10 cl of 35% fat whipping cream
- 20 g good unsalted butter
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
2. Boil the cream in a saucepan.
3. Turn off the fire.
4. Pour the melted chocolate into the cream.
5. Mix well.
6. Put the preparation in the fridge until the next day.
7. The next day, melt the preparation (cream + chocolate) in a bain-marie.
8. Stir in the butter.
9. Leave to cool until the dough becomes really hard.
10. Make dumplings.
11. Roll them in cocoa.
And there you have it, you have made delicious chocolate truffles :-)
You can choose dark chocolate or milk chocolate to make either dark or milk chocolate truffles depending on your preference.
