1 . Preheat the oven to 180° (thermostat 6) for 10 min.
2. Break the eggs to separate the yolks from the whites with this trick.
3. Melt the butter in the microwave.
4. In a bowl, put the egg yolks, sugar, honey, orange blossom and melted butter.
5. Mix well with a whisk to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
6. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt, then the baking powder.

Easy, quick and delicious, right?
No more industrial biscuits! Grandma's cakes are a real treat.
Leave to cool in the open oven.
You will see, the interior is very melting with a very sweet honey taste. Served with a good spiced tea, there is nothing better.
I used mountain honey, but you can choose honey from lavender, lime blossom or acacia, for example.
The recipe is also excellent if you replace the orange blossom with lemon juice.
Store cookies in a tin or glass jar to keep them moist. Check out the trick here.
And why not make double the dough and freeze it? It supports freezing perfectly.
That way, when you have a craving for honey shortbread, there's no need to take out all the kitchen paraphernalia. Just thaw the dough and bake it! Smart, right?
