Easy, quick and delicious, right?
Cooking is very fast:when it rises to the surface, it's cooked!
All that remains is to season them as you wish:
Butter, Bolognese sauce, homemade pesto, mushroom cream...
Taste and enjoy!
It has nothing to do with commercial ones.
It's downright good...and at least we know what we're eating.
- No need to have a pasta machine. A simple rolling pin can do the trick . It's longer, but it works too. Flour the dough well so that it doesn't stick.
- Do you have a food processor? So, do not hesitate to use it to make the dough. Some robots have integrated laminators, you will save a lot of time .
- Do not knead the dough too much . If the wheat is overworked, it brings out the gluten and makes the dough elastic.
- Do not hesitate to make a large quantity. Then, air dry them before putting them in a jar to keep them. It will keep for several months.
- Vary the flours to vary the pleasures:chestnut flour, spelled flour, wheat semolina...
- You can also flavor the dough with mashed spinach, tomato, curry, crushed hazelnuts. My little cute peach tree:black pasta with squid ink
- Tired of spaghetti? Make farfalles by cutting out rectangles of dough and pinching them in the middle. For the ravioli, cut out shapes with a cookie cutter and garnish them according to your taste.
