In the middle of summer, nothing like a fresh and light meal for noon.
So I offer you an easy and quick salad recipe.
It's hot, so let's eat fresh , let's eat light .
In 20 minutes watch in hand, you should be able to concoct a good salad with feta, complete, to fill your meowing stomach.
1. Ingredients :about twenty olives purple or black, a cucumber , small cherry tomatoes (250g), 150g feta .
Seasoning :a lemon yellow, 2 onions red, 3 pinches of oregano which you can replace with basil dried if you are fond of it, olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Preparation. Cutting operation:take the cucumber and cut it into cubes large enough without peeling it. Then it's the turn of the little cherry tomatoes :cut them in halves . And the feta ? Also cut it into pieces .
Put everything in a large salad bowl . Add the seasoning :oregano or basil, salt and pepper, sprinkle all with lemon juice and olive oil.
3. And to taste? Put your salad fresh , and help yourself without moderation accompanied by a piece of toast for more fun.
The simple things are always the most successful and at the same time they are the most appreciated .
At lunchtime, you rarely want to cook, but here it's very simple and it takes very little time . You eat healthily for cheap :your salad is for four people, and if you are only two, it will make you two lunch in one.
