I can tell you that this one will drive you crazy!
This lemon and honey chicken recipe definitely deserves a 10 out of 10.
It is perfectly soft, tender, juicy, in short, simply delicious.
The honey, lemon, soy sauce and garlic marinade works wonders with chicken.
The end result is sweet, flavorful, slightly sour chicken. I bet you'll get more!
As usual, I prefer the boneless chicken with the skin on. Like this, the skin of the chicken is golden, lacquered, perfectly cooked and grilled. And the meat soaks up the juice well.

- You can also use skinless chicken thighs, chicken fillets or skinless drumsticks to make this recipe.
- Otherwise you can ask your butcher to debone the chicken thighs for you.
- If you don't have lime, you can replace it with lemon.
- You can also prepare this recipe in a nonstick skillet or cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Don't forget to turn the chicken pieces over if you cook them in a frying pan because otherwise they could darken due to the honey.
- If you cook your chicken in the oven, you can cover your dish with a sheet of baking paper to prevent your chicken from burning or the sauce from charring.
- If you see that the honey darkens when cooked, you can add lemon juice.
- Nothing prevents you from grilling your chicken on the barbecue, outside.
