Don't know what to do with apple peels?

Here is a delicious recipe to easily reuse them.
My grandmother gave it to me.
She made us these rosettes of chocolate apples for tea.
Mmmmm too good! And in addition, it helps to avoid waste.

- 4 to 6 organic apples
- 100g dark chocolate
- pan
- thrifty
- icing sugar (optional)
1. Wash the apples under running water.
2. With a peeler, peel the apple starting from the top and turning without breaking the skin.
3. Place the peel on a plate, letting it return to its original shape.
4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie in a saucepan.
5. Once the chocolate is liquid, dip the rosettes in it one by one without breaking them.
6. Let harden.
7. Then serve, dusting with icing sugar.
And There you go ! Your chocolate apple rosettes are already ready to be tasted :-)
Easy, delicious and economical, right?

You can also sprinkle them with grated coconut, almond, walnut or cinnamon according to your taste.
