To impress your guests without spending too much money, here is my easy recipe and cheap chocolate brownies.

Preparing brownies is child's play, and you don't have to worry about the ingredients.

For 4 people, you will need:
- 140 g of pastry chocolate
- 140 g of sugar
- 70 g of flour
- 140 g of butter
- 3 eggs
As for the preparation, it is even simpler. Even those who have never touched a rolling pin in their life should be able to. Follow the pastry chef!
1. First, preheat your oven to thermostat 5-6 (180-200°C). While it's heating, break the chocolate into small pieces and cut the butter into small cubes. Be careful not to hurt yourself!
2. Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Mix well. It's starting to smell good, isn't it?
4. Carefully pour the chocolate into the egg-sugar mixture. Add the flour and mix.
5. Butter a dish and pour the batter into it. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
6. Enjoy yourself!
