Yes, you know, this almond, chocolate and coconut delicacy... so delicious!

Well that's good, since we know the easy recipe for homemade Raffaello. Watch:

- 100 g of white chocolate
- 20 g of butter
- 6 cl of liquid cream with 25 or 30% fat
- 70 g grated coconut
- almonds
- dark chocolate to decorate
- a little salt
1. Melt the white chocolate with the liquid cream (in the microwave or in a double boiler).
2. Let cool to room temperature.
3. Add the butter and 30 g of coconut, with a pinch of salt.
4. Mix well.
5. Put the preparation for 1 hour in the fridge. It must be very cold.
6. Take a small piece of dough, put an almond in it and make a nice ball.
7. Roll it in the remaining grated coconut.
8. Do the same with the rest of the preparation.
9. Decorate your treats with melted dark chocolate if desired.
10. Store them in the fridge and eat them fresh.
There you go, you have made your homemade Raffaello :-)
