- for the dough:
- 200 g of flour
- 80 g of butter
- 40 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- a little salt
- for garnish:
- 300 g of dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of butter
- 40 cl of liquid cream
- 3 cl of Grand Marnier
- optional:icing sugar
For 6 people - Preparation time: 60 mins - Cooking time: 15 mins
1. In a mixer, mix the sugar, the flour, a pinch of salt, the egg, the butter and 5 cl of water.
2. Run the mixer until the dough forms a ball.
3. Chill it for 1 hour .
4. Preheat your oven to 180°C (th.6).
5. Roll out the dough and put it in a buttered pie pan.
6. Prick the dough with a fork.
7. Lay parchment paper on top and blind bake for 15 minutes.
8. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with 20 g of butter.
9. In another saucepan, boil the cream.
10. Add it to the chocolate.
11. Add the eggs and the Grand Marnier.
12. Mix well.
13. Pour this ganache over the pie and leave to cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
There you go, you are going to enjoy a delicious chocolate tart :-)
All you have to do is decorate your pie before serving it.
Either with stencils and icing sugar or with a typical ingredient, for example for Christmas parties.
For this recipe to be divinely delicious, you need high quality chocolate .
Personally, I love this one.
But if you prefer dark chocolate, this is a must!
