- 20 g of glucose
- 40 g of sugar
- 20 g of butter
- 30 g of chocolate
- 80 g whipping cream
1. Gently heat the glucose and sugar until you get a caramel.
2. Add the whipping cream and butter.
3. The caramel begins to harden, mix it so that the preparation is homogeneous.
4. Then add the chocolate, still stirring.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
7. Cut strips the size of Industrial Carambar (or larger if desired).
8. Wrap them in small pieces of parchment paper.
9. Leave to cool.
There you go, you have delicious Carambar with caramel and chocolate :-)
