Lollipops, everyone loves them. The big ones, like the little ones!
It is arguably the most popular confectionery in the world. It exists for all tastes, including Coca-Cola.
But the top would be to have a delicious recipe for homemade lollipops.
Well, this recipe exists!
- 250 g of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of glucose syrup
- syrup of your choice (strawberry, lemon, blackcurrant, cola...)
- 3 drops of coloring in the color of your choice (red for strawberries, yellow for lemons, etc.)
- 1 or 2 silicone molds for lollipops
- 20 sticks
1. In a saucepan, put the water, sugar and glucose.
2. Cook until 148°C (if you don't have a kitchen thermometer, know that 148°C is reached after approx. 10 min on medium heat, when a smell of caramel begins to be felt ). Don't let the sugar color.
3. Off the heat, add syrup according to your taste and the drops of coloring.
4. Pour into a silicone mold for lollipops.
5. Let cool.
6. Once the liquid has hardened and cooled down a bit, plant the sticks.
7. Let cool and harden completely.
There you go, you have 20 homemade lollipops for the whole family :-)
Easy to do, isn't it?
And at least you know exactly what's inside. They are much less chemical than those bought in stores.
