- 1 raw milk camembert (in a wooden box)
Preparation:5 mins – Cooking:15 mins - For 4 people
1. Preheat the oven to 180°.
2. Take the camembert out of its paper, put it back in its box without the lid.
3. Using a knife, incise the crust crosswise.
4. Place the wooden box in a dish (you never know, it could overflow!) and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Take out of the oven, unwrap it, break the crust and enjoy by dipping pieces of bread.
There you go, you've made a really cheap baked Camembert :-)
You can also serve it with slices of toasted garlic bread or as a main course accompanied by a green salad, steamed potatoes and a few slices of charcuterie.
So that the wooden box does not darken in my oven, soak it for 10 minutes in water and then drain it. Thus, it will keep its original color!
