A unique dish to enjoy every day or during a meal with friends that will seduce your gourmets in short pants and fine gourmets!
4 chicken or turkey cutlets
250g mushrooms
1 large jar of fresh cream
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons dehydrated chicken stock
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1. I cut my egg whites into 5 cm long strips.
2. I wash, peel and slice my mushrooms.
3. In a sauté pan, I sauté my meat and mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil.
4. In a salad bowl, I mix my fresh cream, my chicken stock and my flour.
5. I salt and pepper.
6. I add this preparation to my sauté pan and mix well with my meat and mushrooms.
7. I let it simmer for 25 minutes over low heat.
I serve my dish with fresh tagliatelle.
Sometimes I replace my poultry with a pork tenderloin. Just as economical as my poultry, it allows me to cook a delicious variant of blanquette.
You can also make a fish blanquette (monkfish or cod, for example) for seafood lovers. In this case, I serve my blanquette with potatoes or rice.
