Did you like my salmon or sushi tagliatelle recipes?
So, I invite you to discover today, a friendly and tasty dish that I particularly like:salmon lasagna.
Let's go, in the kitchen!
Raw, marinated or cooked, salmon can be eaten in a thousand and one ways.
Prepared in lasagna, it remains a flagship dish of my daily cooking.
For the béchamel:
- ½ liter of milk
- 20 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Salt and pepper
For the lasagna:
- 8 lasagna sheets
- 500g of fresh salmon
- 250 g fresh cream
- 100g grated cheese
- 50 g of butter
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper
Preparation: 20 mins – Cooking: 25 mins
Prepare the béchamel:
1. Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan.
2. As soon as it is melted, add the flour, stirring well with the wooden spatula. The mixture must be homogeneous.
3. Cook for another 5 minutes, but check that it does not brown.
4. Gradually pour the cold milk into the pan while continuing to stir so that the béchamel thickens.
Prepare the lasagna :
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
6. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan.
7. Add the salmon, fresh cream, salt and pepper.
8. Once cooked, flake the fish with a fork.
9. Butter a gratin dish.
10. Line the bottom of the dish with a layer of lasagne sheets.
11. Cover with the béchamel, then with a sheet of lasagne then with the salmon-onion preparation.
12. Cover with a sheet of lasagna and repeat the operation until all the ingredients are used up.
13. Finish with a layer of béchamel and sprinkle with grated cheese.
14. Bake for 25 minutes and serve au gratin.
There you go, your salmon lasagna is ready :-)
Easy to do, isn't it? Serve them as soon as you take them out of the oven, with a nice salad.
It's an original dish that everyone appreciates!
If salmon is one of my favorite fish, you can very well make this recipe with other varieties to discover new flavors:cod, sea bream or langoustines will be perfect!
Similarly, if you want to add a vegetable to your lasagna, spinach, zucchini or even leeks will go wonderfully with your fish.
