There you go, your salmon pasta is already ready :-)
Serve them immediately to appreciate all their flavors.
To successfully cook your pasta, it is essential to use a large volume of water. If you use a pan that is too small, your water volume will be insufficient and your pasta may stick to the bottom and stick together.
As a general rule, count 1 liter of water for 100 g of pasta.
- 4 slices of smoked salmon:150 g at €22 per kilo, i.e. €3.30
- 400 g of fresh tagliatelle:€3 per kilo, i.e. €1.20
- 20 cl of fresh cream:€3.15 per liter or €0.63
- 1 onion:around 125 g at €1.85 per kilo, i.e. €0.23
- 30 g of chives:€40 per kilo, i.e. €1.20
That is a cost of €1.64 per person or €6.56 for 4 people.
