You have decided that you are going to eat healthy, but you also like to eat something delicious with coffee / tea. The healthy snack balls are for me and I think a solution for you too. Do you dare to make a choice from one of these delicious recipes?

Simple snack balls of date and coconut

Requirements for 10-12 simple snack balls

  • 100 gr medjoulders
  • 75 gr nuts of your choice (in my case pecan)
  • 25 gr grated coconut + extra to roll through
  • 1 tbsp water

Quinoa snack balls with nut butter

Supplies for 10-12 snack balls

  • 4 medjoouldadels (soaked)1 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp walnut paste or peanut butter
  • handful of walnuts
  • 25 gr puffed quinoa

Strawberry bliss balls

Requirements for 10-12 strawberry blissballs

  • 100 gr dates (pitted)
  • 75 gr nuts of your choice (in my case pecan)
  • 25 gr coconut grater
  • 1 tbsp strawberry powder

Snack balls 'Snow white'

Supplies for 10-12 snack balls

  • 100 gr coconut grater
  • 75 gr almond flour
  • 50 gr dried apricots
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup
  • splash of lemon juice
  • extra grated coconut to roll in

Super fast muesli snack balls

Necessities for the muesli snack balls

  • 4 medjouldadels
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 30 gr muesli

Preparation method for all snack balls

1. First mix all ingredients in the blender or chopper to a sticky mass.
2. Then make 10 to 12 equal balls of the mixture.
3. Finally, roll the balls through coconut grater and you're done with this healthy snack.
