The sweet potato contains many healthy nutrients, including vitamins A and C, calcium, magnesium, potassium and antioxidants.
Carbohydrates Sweet potatoes contain relatively many complex carbohydrates and fiber. Sweet potatoes are therefore filling well and give you a full feeling for a long time.
How do you prepare sweet potato?
You can prepare sweet potato in different ways. An easier and tasty way is in the oven.
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into pieces. Long pieces for fries, but cubes are also possible.
3. Place the sweet potato pieces on baking paper or in a low oven dish.
4. Add a little olive oil and some herbs to taste.
5. Heat the sweet potato in the oven for about 20 minutes.
6. Toss the sweet potato one more time in the dish or flip the fries.
7. Turn on the oven with the sweet potato for another 20 minutes.
